Non NHS Services
Certificates, reports and private medical examination services are provided outside the scope of NHS guidelines and recommended charges are made for these services.
Services include: Passports forms/photographs, fitness to travel certificates, provident association claims (BUPA, PPP), employers’ reports, LGV, PCV, DVLA, taxi driver examinations with/without full medical etc.
Please note that the practice gives priority according to clinical need, and as much notice as possible needs to be given for such non-NHS requests.
